Urbond

We are a charity improving access to primary education for children from underprivileged communities in the Republic of Guinea.

The charity was founded with the primary purpose of helping local communities to integrate and support each other in overcoming key issues affecting society. In the Republic of Guinea, the URBOND Child Education is achieving this by working with partners and the local community to provide educational support and resources to children who would otherwise go without.

To achieve the goal of advancing education, the charity is working to raise awareness, support and funds to power campaigns outlined below, which form the URBOND Child Education.

OUR GOALS

What we hope to achieve

Building primary schools to benefit children in areas where there are currently not accessible option for education available.

Support the recruitment of teachers for schools where there are shortages. Improve school facilities and resources, to make safer, more productive learning environments available in areas where shortfalls exist

Empowering communities and working to overcome the barriers (such as gender disparity or financial hardship) which prevent families from sending their children to school.
